PeptidePair ("we," "us") operates a matching service that connects people interested in peptide therapy with independent licensed healthcare providers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Contact information you provide: first name, email address, and phone number.
• Quiz responses, which may include health-related information such as your wellness goals, age range, sex, sleep and energy levels, medication use (yes/no), health screening flags, budget preferences, and state of residence.
• Usage data collected automatically: device type, browser, pages visited, and referral source (including ad-click identifiers), via cookies and similar technologies such as the Meta Pixel and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

• To generate your personalized educational brief.
• To match you with, and share your information with, licensed healthcare provider partners — only after you have given explicit consent at the end of the quiz.
• To contact you about your match by email, phone, or text (you can opt out at any time).
• To measure and improve our advertising and site experience.

3. Sharing and sale of information

Our business model is connecting you with provider partners. When you complete the quiz and give consent, we share — and may be compensated for sharing — your contact information and quiz responses with one or more licensed provider partners so they can evaluate and contact you. Under some state laws (including the CCPA/CPRA) this compensation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).

We may also share information with service providers (hosting, form processing, analytics, advertising platforms) who process it on our behalf, and when required by law.

4. What we are not

PeptidePair is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or covered entity under HIPAA. Information you submit through the quiz is not a medical record. Once you engage with a licensed provider, information you share with them is governed by their privacy practices and applicable medical privacy laws.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through your platform settings.

6. Data retention and security

We retain lead information for as long as needed to operate the matching service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no internet transmission is completely secure.

7. Your rights and choices (Consumer Data Requests)

• Access / deletion / correction: you may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of sale/sharing: you may direct us not to share your information with provider partners.
• Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe links in emails, or reply STOP to texts.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@peptidepair.com with your request. We will verify and respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Children

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; leads indicating an age under 18 are not matched with providers.
